Payment and tax
How payment and tax work.
Paid once, through Stripe
Payment is processed by Stripe, the same checkout used by millions of businesses. You pay once, and your card details are handled entirely by Stripe, never by The Nest by Becca.
Tax is worked out at checkout
Off Script Becca is a business registered in New Zealand. Any applicable tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location, and we file and pay it as required by New Zealand tax law. The checkout always shows the full amount, tax included where it applies, before you confirm payment.
Your rights
Because The Nest by Becca is a digital product you can use straight away, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed the calculator. Nothing here limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If something goes wrong with the product itself, contact us at hello@offscriptbecca.com and we will put it right.
